Stations wanted

I don't know if you've looked at KXEN 1010 in St. Louis. Longtime Christian station (since 1960s I know) that sold, went conservative talk and sold again very quickly. Per FCC filings it sold with WGNU and 2 translators with WGNU having land going with it. Granted they have dropped to 160 watts days but the FCC filing data shows 2 million reached. Certainly not full market but I suspect it could be picked up for very little. They had a translator that may or may not be available. I'd carefully research demos to guarantee it can be pulled off and look hard at the tower lease. My thought is the calls are associated with Christian programing up until a year or two ago. Price? Here's the agreement for KXEN, WGNU and 2 translators: file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/St._Louis_APA_-_Executed_Copy%20(1).pdf

We're interested in any translators in central Connecticut. 860-346-1049. Ask for Steve. Office hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Eastern time
Thanks
