Staton Broadcasting?

Just wondering if any of you guys knew any background on Staton Broadcasting. I know they operate a few stations around the state, but I can't seem to find too much information on them. No station websites, google information, etc.

Just looking to see about the company and its broadcast properties....

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, Staton owns the following stations.

WPMX-102.9 Statesboro (adult contemporary)
WHKN-94.9 Millen/Statesboro (classic country)
WRPG-103.9 Hawkinsville/Warner Robins/Macon (news/talk)
WQXZ-98.3 Pinehurst/Hawkinsville/Cordele (oldies)
WJFN-610 Hawkninsville (black gospel)
WMRZ-98.1 Dawson/Albany (urban adult contemporary)*

*-managed by Clear Channel

Hope this helps.

The stations are owned by a Publisher who is also a State Senator. They are much like any other small group of Radio Stations. There are good people at all of their locations. They haven't been in the radio business long enough to develop a reputation of any type (2 plus years).
