No wonder Vision Latina wants to unload this turkey, but what's the deal with the objections to the transfer? From the public notice file:

I'm not sure what at KBPO is worth buying. Radio in the triangle is weird right now. With KSET in perpetual test mode (what are they waiting for the FCC to approve?) and the awful AM sound quality of KCOL-FM, and the aborted move of 1380 to the Woodlands, nothing surprises me.
