Steam Clean Studio Walls

Howdy Folks, Has anyone here ever had studio walls steam cleaned? If so did it work well? Any problems you ran into?

Carpeted walls? If so, probably not a problem unless it causes the adhesive to let go.
Any other type of wall covering. No! Lead paint, all kinds of "funk" on the walls, mold ... everything will become airborne and could be dangerous.

I'd avoid steam cleaning the walls. The hot steam may damage the foam.
You might attempt to steam clean a little area of the wall and see what happens after a few days.
