"You good looking Conservative stud meat" Hannity was a little taken aback by that, and thanked her for the compliment.

Are you kidding? Stephanie Miller has -always- had a huge crush on Sean Hannity. She threw her arms all over him in DC a few years ago and turned him beet red with embarrassment because he never expected it. She talks about her Hannity crush on her radio show constantly (one of the reasons she is called a slut by her co-hosts). Miller is about the only liberal that can derail Hannity's talking point list train, because she constantly does the unexpected around him.

I personally love every second of it. And it makes -everyone- laugh no matter what side of the political spectrum you are on, and that's entertainment and fun.

So has Jane, for that matter. She's kept quiet about the current war and has been busy being born again and making money (you can serve God and mammon).

Very interesting that Nancy's kids turned out liberal (maybe just rebelling against their parents) and Jane Wyman's kids turned out conservative (and despite earlier estrangements, seemed to seek Daddy's approval). Some shrink could have fun with this one.

We can also see some evidence that guys will change their politics to get laid:

Ted Turner (post-Jane CNN is much more liberal).
Phil Donahue (post-Marlo became a heart on his sleeve liberal).
Ronald Reagan (was a New Deal Democrat and union official before he met Nancy).

...Turner and Donahue were liberal long before meeting Jane and Marlo. Turner started dropping his right-wing baggage around the time he set up the Goodwill Games with Soviet TV ('85 or so), and Donahue was liberal back when he was Erma Bombeck's next-door neighbor in Dayton...

I don't know what you are talking about. One Google click on the phrase "Fonda Iraq" produced the following AP story.

Vietnam War protester Jane Fonda voiced her opinion about the U.S.-led war with Iraq Thursday, saying the campaign will turn people all over the world against America.

According to The Associated Press, Fonda told a Canadian audience that the conflict frightens her, but is not sure what Americans can do about it.

"I don't know if a country where the people are so ignorant of reality and of history, if you can call that a free world," Fonda said.

The 65-year-old actress and peace activist has been the target of criticism for decades for her opposition to the Vietnam War. She raised the ire of the United States when she posed for pictures overseas with members of the opposition's military.

Jane may not like the war but she has been keeping a low profile this time - apparently for fear of criticism and disapproval from the current generation of chicken hawks.
All this "support the troops" BS has been an effective way to stifle anti-war protests - including with Jane Fonda.
Lately, she's been speaking about more for business enterprises.
Baby killers burning villages in Viet Nam.
Torturers bombing and slaughtering anybody who gets in their way in Iraq.
The "toops" are war criminals who deserve to be hauled to the Hague and tried for their violations of International Law - along with their "commander in chief," of course. But the troops took an oath to the constitution, not to the evil little twerp who violates.
Also rather tepid in their response to all this are the "Lierberman liberals" of Air DLC Radio.

And whatever his personal beliefs may have been, he did not use his TV show from Dayton as a platform to express them (until after Marlo came along).
