Stephy Lets It Fly On C-SPAN At Talk Radio Seminar

And no, I'm not talking about George Stephanopoulos...

Last week at the Radio & Records Talk Radio Seminar, Stephanie Miller stole the show with some randy repartee regarding the Eliot Spitzer scandal. Yesterday, she said she thought the panel was being pre-taped for edit, and not air live. The clip below appears to be from a replay on C-SPAN 2 with the language intact.

Yes I watched the replay last night as well for a while especially when Al Sharpton and Steve Malzberg got into a huge argument after Malzberg called Sharpton out about racism in the election!

The panel from left to right? There was Jim Bohannon, Jeff Katz, G. Gordon Liddy, Steve Malzberg, Stephanie Miller, Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton, and Phil Valentine.

Wow, a bunch of mostly nobodies and has-beens. Riveting.

Jeff Katz - good guy, but the best they could get?

Methinks somebody wishes he looked as good in tight jeans as Steph does. :D

Ok...Katz and Valentine are nobodies(do any of Valentine's affilates outside of flagship WWTN carry all four hours, let alone air it live?), and Bohannon and Liddy are has beens(never understood why Liddy became celebrated and popular in the first place being he was heavily involved with the Watergate break-ins) and Sharpton gets his own special catergory but Miller and Schultz? I don't agree.

Granted, it would have been far more entertaining if the panel had been made up along with Miller, Schultz, Rhodes, and Sharpton against Boortz, Limbaugh, Hannity, and Janet Parshall.

Jimbo is a consummate host. A great that really should be on many more stations.

Liddy's show was high energy and exciting, and at one time was the 2nd most listened to show, ahead of Dr. Laura.

Steph has her momemts, though she's not in the same league of Big Ed and Rhandi.

Well Ed Schultz is on over 100 stations and most of them are on non progressive station. Plus Ed Schultz and Stephanie Miller are on more stations that Randi Rhodes. Well if its Druggie Limbaugh or Hannity they have to pay for a private jet and pay for a expensive hotel room to be on the panel.

This is the kind of condescension you get that misguidingly thinks only the big names, like El Pompous and the ignoramous that follows him, make for good talk radio.
