Stereo generator board - can anyone ID it?

A friend brought this board to me to see if I could repair it.

He didn't realise that it needed split rail (+/- 15V) and tried to run it on just 12 V.

I have been through and done some remedial work on it, but I don't think some of the component values are correct.

Does anyone recognise this board? There aren't many identifying marks on it.

The best I can see are © 1987 HK and mpx001 g4. He bought it off Ebay so I am guessing it has originated in the USA at some point - perhaps it was part of a commercial unit at some stage.

If you/he can't find a diagram, he might just have to get a different one from Panaxis Enterprises (assuming that this is a hobby project and not Part 73). I've never seen that board. But there are a bunch of them on the Internet when you search.

One word of caution, if you buy off the Internet, keep in mind to watch for the pre-emp curve spec. I've seen cards that are 50, 75, and once found one that had a setting for 100. Also, the hobby cards typically are poor with distortion.

Yeah, I've got a couple of brand new stereo generator boards sitting here at the moment, one of which I can sell to him.

I was hoping that someone may have come across one of these boards in some particular piece of equipment and therefore know who made it or have a schematic for it.

The diagram I can draw out myself (with time) - it's the component values I'm concerned about.
