Stereomaxx Modulation Sciences schematics diagrams

Hello,
i am looking for the Stereomaxx schematics.
I have one of the latest versions (v3) it works well but I find myself hearing a modulated noise at a low level around 4..5khz when it works in bypass mode no noise.
I have doubts about the digital part of the card because this noise resembles the noise that clock a microprocessor can generate.
I found the instructions with the schematics on the web, but the schematics are unreadable.
