Stern gone.....

Howard will be gone as of labor day weekend. Does anybody know if The Edge has a replacement ready to roll? Believe it or not, it looks like David Lee Roth will replace him in NYC & LA, but not in any other markets. How about Mrozek and Ellen Z? Would Ellen be held back by a non-compete?

Ellen was let go. She was not actively seeking employment elsewhere. A non-compete is not enforceable when an employee is fired under those conditions. They are for the purpose of keeping current employees from jumping ship for better offers. If a company fires you because the ratings aren't good, they're not going to worry about you working for the competition.
