Stern Question on 100 and 101

ok, question,
I know he comes in JAN, but has anyone noticed the low soft hum sound on 101 from time to time??? I have

I have called cust service @ Sirius and I had gotten 2 answers about Stern

first call said this:
Previews for Stern on the change of the 29th of new channels

second call said this:
we know nothing about if previews will be on that channel


so who's right??
first call or second??

I was really hoping to hear some previews before he comes,
