Stern vs. Sebastian two-month report card

So Stern's been gone for over two months and Sebastian has had a couple of months now to get his act together.

WCCC's 12+ numbers are off almost 18%. What's the consensus of the Intelligensia on this board?

I always felt that the bulk of WCCC's number were driven by Stern in AM drive. I also thought that picking up Sebastian as a replacement was probably a good idea. Now I'm not so sure. Not just because the numbers are off, but Joe just doesn't seem to have the edge he had in years past on CCC and DRC.

I have really enjoyed listening to the Sebastian how. For the first time in a few eyars I have a station I can leave my dial on in the morning instead of flipping around (usually fruitlessly) hoping to find something interesting.

As for the ratings, Sebastian said that the latest ones had his show rated as number one among "adults" by which he must mean 18+.

the ratings covered only one month of Stern's departure, so 2/3 of the latest trend was Stern.<P ID="signature">______________

I love ccc to death. In my opinion what could be hurting a little (when Sebation is not on) is if they had the station to be a little less oveplayed and put songs from 2000 - 2004 era which are not played on CCC anymore throw them in the playlist and I would be happy when I am driving through CT. the question is would others?
