Is it me, or was the broadcast from O.D. Wyatt High School this morning pretty dull? The crowd did not sound hype, and even though Shirley and Carla tried to sound excited, Steve sounded like he really wasn't feeling the whole vibe. Where was Tommie? It seem like when Steve and the crew broadcast from other places, it is much more exciting. Any thoughts?

Steve Harvey in Ft. Worth this morning

Because most of these folk don't care about Urban Radio or the impact that it does make. But I have to be honest...I did not know Steve Harvey was doing his show here this week. I did not hear or read anything to say he was coming here. Did 105.7 pump it up?

The "dot" didn't push this at all. Steve did on his show.
To his complete credit, he tried to hype this up. His interview with Michael Sorrell was really good. Regretfully, just because he did it in front of the community, doesn't mean the show couldn't be over the community's collective head.
