Steve Malzberg on future plans

Anyone care to summarize? Not worth slogging through 8 minutes of bad streaming video.

He couldn't reveal it, but it sounds like he'll be hosting a 3 hour daily radio show on the internet.

Malzberg is a talented broadcaster. It's sad to see him and others trying to make a go of the stream of last resort -- the internet.

Steve should be on a terrestrial station with a PD who would work with him to tone down the anger and make the show enjoyable again. Unfortunately in this age of cluster management that doesn't exist anymore.

He mostly had on guests when he was on WOR. He was angry during the night on WABC.

I found it just the reverse! When Malzberg was on opposite Hannity in the afternoon you could punch the WOR and WABC buttons back and forth and hardly tell the difference.

Did you used to post on the NYRMB?

Well, last I checked, he was doing sports updates on WFAN - and Francesa is still as cranky as ever...
