Steve McMichael, 67, Chicago Bears Defensive Tackle

He passed away this afternoon after a long battle with ALS. He had been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame this past August after a 14 year NFL career, 13 of which had been with the Bears. He also spent some time as a broadcaster on Bears-related programming.

RIP, Mongo.

he also had a Wrestling career in WCW where he was apart of the famed "Four Horseman" stable with Ric Flair and was a former WCW US Champion (the US title still exist under the WWE name and WWE kept the WCW linage of the belt after it bought WCW in 2001 and unified the belt with the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a attempt to retire the belt, but revived it in 2003 as the SmackDown brand's midcard title after WWE briefly retired the IC title in late 2002 and reactivated it in 2003 as Raw brand's midcard title) too.

also he was a Texas Longhorn and a Texas native too, RIP Mongo, Hook 'Em Horns forever.
