https://radioinsight.com/headlines/180777/steven-lewis-to-program-93-9x-indianapolis/

Cumulus Media Rock “93.9X” WNDX Lawrence/Indianapolis has tabbed Steven Lewis as its first Program Director and afternoon host.

Lewis joins WNDX from iHeartMedia where he has served as Assistant Director of Custom Programming since December 2017. He previously has programmed CHR “Channel 99.9” WCHD and Country “B94.5” WYDB Dayton OH and CHR 102.5 WIOG Saginaw MI during his career.

Starts October 7th.

Fault 103.3 finally adjusted its playlist in response to its sinking ratings.

The just released March survey showed substantial improvement over the prior few four-week survey periods.

Through the remainder of the year, the race between 103.3 and 93.9 will be interesting to watch.

I really would not put much credence in the "March" book. Listening patterns were so abnormal, and total listening was off considerably.

As an example, using a market with more meters which should be less prone to specific demo wobbles, in LA the AQH persons in 25-54 went from an average of 400,000 AQH listeners in the full week to about 220,000 in the first week of April. Individual stations wobbled, and their ratings were off by 25% to 50% in some cases.

KOST, normally a 0.3 to 0.4 25-54 rating station (excluding the holiday period) has been at a 0.2 for the last two weeks. KRTH, all last year a 0.4 is now a 0.2.

So I don't thing programming had much to do with any of the changes in PPM markets.
