He's commenting on an item about "I (heart) boobs" bracelets for breast cancer, and he is arguing that the other side should be represented, so in order to raise awareness for testicular cancer, he's going to sell packages of peanuts called "Stigall's Nut Sacks" as well as bracelets that read "I (heart) nuts" or "protect your nuts". I see the double entendre here, but there were a couple of instances where Stigall said on the air, "I love balls," and his producer commented how audio of this segment "will live in infamy".
