I would still like to see some listings from WKBD-tv's first days on the air back in the sixty's. Does anyone have them?
I have some listings from a Flint Michigan news paper that are from my tenth birthday. As I sayd in one of my first post on this board, they are in print, and as a blind person, I need a way to either get them into ascii text, or, have my wife, who can see, read them to me so I can type them first before I can post them.
When we get some time, I will do that.
Meanwhile, I guess I'll just have to read the ones you all post.
I also remember watching (listening) to WJRT testing there equipment and signing on in about 1960.
Thanks Mike

January 10, 1965 was when WKBD-TV 50 signed on tvguy. Also WJRT-TV abc12 went on in 1958 and the following year WILX-TV 10 signed on in March 1959 and shared 10 with WKAR-TV (then ,WMSB and WKAR would return on 23 13 1/2 years later.).

It too would like to see the listings from the Flint paper when you get a chance and be sure to include not only Flint/Saginaw and Bay City, but Detroit and Lansing, too.
