April 1 has come and gone, but still there's no debut for the positive hit country format slated for WPHC (92.5). Even though the format change was scheduled for the 1st of the month, I thought it was strange that Crawford would want to launch the "new" format on a Saturday. I do remember when Crawford bought 850 (then WMKI) and announced the new talk format, the format change showed up a little later than was originally scheduled. Seems like that there was a delay also for the talk format when it was scheduled to debut on 101.1, so Birmingham's 4th country FM station could still be on the horizon somewhere...
