Jugular is not pronounced "jewg-u-ler", unless you're Isis Romero of FOX10. The 10pm News is rather embarassing.
 
That's what happens when you go pretty and cheap at 10pm!

On the other hand, they could have Linda Williams co-anchor at 10pm and you would have a great newscast.
