STILL seeking 7-Eleven radio commercials from 1967

Well, another year has come and gone, I have not given up just yet.

Southland Corporation based in Texas issued Y.Y. Wickie Slurp reports,
those zany AM radio commercials, in 1965 and 1966. In the Summer of 1967
they issued radio spots using the word "slurpee" for the first time.
These commercials utilized a kazoo for sound effects.
Somebody somewhere must have these darn things in some audio format.
DJ Steve Eberhart was gracious enough to send me the ones from
1965 and 1966.
Does anybody know how the spots in those days were issued to radio stations?
I have not found any indication of 45 rpms that existed.
(This is NOT the 45 promo issued in 7-11 stores with "Dance the Slurp")
Does anybody out there have these audio files? Will trade or pay your price.

Does anybody know of an employee that works inside Southland? ::)
They have them in thier vaults, but will not issue them due to royalty rights.
Thank you.

I have a cassette of 'joke' spots by those guys. 'Lion Manure', 'Dairy-Air', etc... many 7-11 un-airable spots...

In the late 60s/early 70s, my father was the chief recording engineer at Pepper/Tanner studios in Dallas - where much of that Southland work was recorded. He has quite a collection of 1/4" from then, and throughout the 70s when he ran the old Reel to Reel studios and Sound Techniques. When I get a chance, I'll stop by his house and look through some of that.
