Stitcher is shutting down in August. Some of this is that SiriusXM is the owner of the outlet and its merging all of its operations to the main SiriusXM operations.
 
So does this still make the acquisition of Stitcher by SiriusXM worth the money it paid, or is it another case of SXM being late to the party and throwing money away? (Think Pandora.)
