Wow, so his accepting $25 million was done "against his will?" This really sounds to me like he's seeking to profit on the death of someone else here.

The FCC dismissed this before, and I expect they'll dismiss it again. I see nothing new here that justifies them to revisit this issue.

The judges in these parts are way more patient than judges back in my native New England. It is surprising this guy hasn’t been sanctioned for abusing the system.
