B-101 is still stealing Sunny's liners, the first station to play all Christmas, listen after the holidays to hear these soft rock hits. Come on Jerry, running scared, Sunny has it all over you, if Arby has B-101 on top of Sunny this month, it proves either Arby is full of it, or the regular B-101 listener did not want to change the station. Thanks again Sunny for opening me up to artists like Celine Dion-Oh Holy Night, John Tesh, Josh Groden, these songs are trememdous compared to what we have on the FM band to digest. Its a shame in a few weeks it has to end, it was a refreshing change from (scratch scratch, yo, yo, grunt grunt). This Christmas is a bit better because of Sunny 104.5, and yes I am Jewish, so what does that matter, I still enjoy Christmas and the music it produced over the last century.

If "Sunny" can get back that "Oh Wow" factor that they had when they were first born instead of that "cookie cutter crap" that every other station has fallen onto I think they have GREAT potential. Having said that, where I live I listen to "The Breeze" for that Soft AC sound even though "Sunny" comes in much better. I am starting to think that "Philly's Favorites" aren't necessarily mine :-(

Well, it's a CC station. And as we all know, in all almost 1200+ instances, the "CC" can be used interchangeably to signify "Clear Channel" and "Cookie Cutter!")

Yes, Sunny has lost a lot of that initial fabulousness...but the "Oh Wow!" stuff only impressed us. They need to play what tests well in order to perform successfully with their intended demo. Even without the "Oh wow" songs, I'm extremely happy to have Sunny 104.5 in town. They play a lot of songs that no one else in town would play, so that's still a "Wow" for me sometimes!

Everything's gonna be alright. You've been opened up to Celine, Tesh and Groden, and B101 will come out on top in the fall book.
