Apparently, a lot of iHeart stations are doing that. From Country Aircheck:

iHeartMedia KRYS/Corpus Christi staff has evacuated as Hurricane Harvey is expected hit the coast of Texas tonight. The entire six-station cluster is simulcasting wall-to-wall coverage from sister Talk KTRH/Houston.

According to Manager/Marketing & Communications KEVIN WONG, iHEARTMEDIA stations along the GULF COAST are working to bring breaking news and alerts to our listeners that are in the path of HURRICANE HARVEY, including CORPUS CHRISTI, HOUSTON and potentially SAN ANTONIO, AUSTIN and BEAUMONT this weekend. All CORPUS CHRISTI stations will simulcast News-Talk KTRH, which will provide wall-to-wall coverage on the storm. 24/7 NEWS GROUP will assume news hub operations for KTRH over the weekend, allowing the HOUSTON market to focus exclusively on local coverage.

CLEAR CHANNEL OUTDOOR digital billboards in SAN ANTONIO and HOUSTON will promote emergency coverage from WOAI and KTRH, respectively. Targeted social media advertising will be used in SAN ANTONIO and HOUSTON to direct listeners to WOAI and KTRH for live coverage.

In addition to these efforts, other precautions have already been put into place. iHEARTMEDIA stations in BEAUMONT are prepared to simulcast KTRH should conditions worsen. Additionally, stations in AUSTIN have secured a semi-truck of ice and water that will deploy to the GULF COAST as soon as recovery efforts begin. Supplementary relief efforts are being prearranged.

iHEARTMEDIA/HOUSTON Dir./AM Programming BRYAN ERICKSON told ALL ACCESS, "KTRH went into long form coverage starting at 5a this morning on air, online at www.ktrh.com and on the iHEARTRADIO app. Our news, weather and traffic teams will be active 24/7 TFN."

From the streams I'm accessing, it seems the Houston FMs are in egular music programming. I'd think at least one of them would be simulcasting KTRH.
 
Corpus Christi stations with KTRH is very unusual. They couldn't just simulcast KIII-TV for local coverage?
Again, you'd think Houston FMs would be simulcasting KPRC, KTRK and others wall to wall.

KHOU had to be completely evacuated to the Federal Reserve building, their feed is down and is relaying WFAA/8 Dallas TX. I can't get KTRK's stream to work either. I suppose FMs and AMs throughout Houston are going off the air one by one as floodwaters reach transmitters.

Note I cannot pick up KTRK'S TV Signal on Newson. But then again I cannot confirm if KTRK Houston has been flooded too or if the staff has been evacuated specifically. But KPRC is going wall to wall easily on NewsOn app as I last checked.
 
Wall to wall coverage from NPR and local staff on KUHF-FM. They're encouraging Houstonians to call in with their stories. Those stories are being shared with NPR News.

It's being delivered with the traditional NPR style, which is a lot less urgent than what you see on the Weather Channel.
 
I got KTRK's stream but it's choppy. Probably lots of web traffic. Gov. Abbott is speaking right now on the flooding and rescue efforts.

My daughter in Houston reports 15 minutes ago that they were invited to share the facilities of the PBS station and they are now back on from that location.

With another 15-20" more expected through Wednesday, the OTHER TV stations could be affected as well. KPRC just moved into brand new facilities by the way. From what I heard, KHOU was evacuated to the Federal Reserve building, but I guess that's changed now. I'm hoping KHOU doesn't lose too much equipment and their archives from this, but the flooding is just going to get worse I'm afraid.

KHOU was off for much of the day. From as best I can tell (by watching), KHOU returned early this evening controlled by WFAA, first simulcasting the WFAA-anchored web/Facebook Live/YouTube broadcast for KHOU viewers, and then switching to a KHOU-anchored broadcast, using the KUHT studios at UofH, but using WFAA as the main control room (as evidenced by the News8 radar and screen bug which remains now). It's very much a team effort, with remotes from both WFAA and KHOU reporters throughout the day.

KHOU was an easy flooding target, they sit right on Buffalo Bayou and they've been flooded before (in 2001). KPRC isn't on Brays Bayou, but it's not too far away. Fingers crossed for everyone.

Update on Radio stations airing Hurricane Harvey Coverage but that needs to be updated now that Lake Charles, Louisiana has now been named as the next city on the list to get hit.
