Stranger things/WNCI connection

In Stranger Things, season 5, Chapter 6, anybody notice the WNCI bumper sticker on an electrical panel 24/25 minutes into it? That is, if you watched the show.
 
I have never seen the show, but growing up in the 80s I remember those stickers being all over the place. My sister had a couple in her room. The popularity of that station in this market back then was something else.
