Strong tropo Friday in northern Ohio - need help IDing an unknown FM station

While driving in Lorain, OH Friday morning I heard an UNid station on 102.1 coming in overtop of local WDOK/Cleveland, OH. This station was playing Toto's 'Africa' at 8:58 AM ET. The only other 102.1's I have caught around here are WIMT/Lima, OH and WMUK/Kalamazoo, MI - neither of which would be playing Toto. The tropo seemed to be coming mainly from Ontario but R/L shows a 102.1 near Toronto with alternative and another further east in Brockville, ON - way too far east for me to have picked up. Anyone have an idea what station this may have been?

Perhaps it was WLEW Bad Axe, MI, but that might be too far N...

I was thinking possibly WLEW as I have gotten other stations from the tri-cities area of Michigan before but Canadian FMs such as CKSY 94.3 and CKUE 95.1 were blasting in like locals yesterday.

More than likely it was WLEW from Bad Axe, MI.

I had the Thumb region of Michigan in pretty well yesterday morning. My opening didn't quite make it to Cleveland though.
