leases expire, ownership changes, etc
if you had to relocate in BUFFALO / wny
where would be an ideal replacement for a current studio ?
Factor in business side of broadcasting and the "cool" factor of somewhere before
corporate radio went to tall buildings.

My personal fave's:
stand alone: Mike's Subs / Delaware Ave
radio group: Target Plaza, Amherst / NF Blvd
 
Yup. If the basement's big enough, go for it! lol
I know nothing about the legality of it, (ie a shift from personal property tax to business property tax etc)
but it sure sounds like a smart idea.
