Studio Naming Rights For Sale?

I noticed recently the Clear Channel’s WRVE ,in their legal ID says broadcasting from the Kula studios ,and now WRNQ, Poughkeepsie is broadcasting from The Fresh Milk Studios . What is up with that?
 
Or how about the WGY Legal ID ..."from the Capital Communications Federal Credit Union studios". Makes it sound like the bank foreclosed and now owns the studios. :eek:
 
What it is another "selling-out" of corporate radio. Sad to think it's not about the listener anymore and it hasn't been for quite a long time. :'(
