Sub channels off on Beasley stations in Ft.Myers

Last night I was scanning the FM band on my Insignia portable and noticed that the Beasley stations are still broadcasting on HD-1, but they are not using the sub channels. The on,y HD-2 I could get was the public station, and Y-100. Y-100 had a HD-2 with a listing of songs, but no music was being played. It seems that HD-2 is dead around here.
