Subliminal Cloud 95 TV Spot

I've been seeing a very short :)01) "subliminal"-type ad
for KMXZ-FM on co-owned KGUN-DT 9.1.

It's just the "Mix 94.9" logo with no audio.

The first time I saw it, I thought it was a goof by KGUN's
spot playback server, but now I've seen it several more
times, always in a local newscast. Is it indeed real?

El Rushbo might call it "drive-by advertising." ;)
 
I haven't seen it--but I've heard TV about about something they call blinks. that might be it.
 
They are short video hits added to the end of "Wheel of Fortune", "Jeopardy", and "Millionaire" promos. It used to have the 104.1 The Truth logo, but it looks like the station is promoting Mix now.
