I was watching CBS 5 news on Saturday October 9, 2010 at 10:25 A.M. and at the start of a Lexus commercial I saw about 4 seconds of a KCBS 740/106.9 commercial fade into and then out of the Lexus commercial.

It was so fast I question what I saw did anyone else see this? and is this legal?
 
I doubt a big TV advertising account like Lexus would be entering into a co-op ad deal with a Newsradio station. I would assume somebody f***ed up in the control booth.
 
Prolly just looking for attention however they can get it.
