Aw, Rover, there's still some good stuff on the air. KTCU and KNTU have some decent tunes. KERA has a fellow on Sunday nights who does a free-form eclectic show. KNON has a variety of formats, and there's always something interesting coming on KAAM. Sure, the golden era of KZEW/Q102/KAMC/ et al is over, but it's not all bad. Still, don't you wish they'd figure out how to program to the Highest Common Denominator?

(Moderator: when the paramedics encounter someone with no apparent vital signs, they will put a piece of mirror under the nose. If condensation appears, that means he is still breathing. What did you think I meant by "Fog A Mirror"?)

Yes Grant, I admit, that if you tune in --just-- at the right time, then you can find something interesting to listen to.....

But, I remember the Golden Days, when you just turned on the radio, anytime, day or night, and wallah!! Good Stuff was happening... Yeah, that's what I remember......

Now, you turn on rock radio, and you get "Dirty White Boy" and the like..... But I NO Like! !
