sudden changes in the Quantum group

I'm noticing a few things with the Quantum (sp?) group..

1)mix 103 is sending out mono (stereo carrier still lit)
2)wave is having (GASPS.. a MORNING SHOW)

Is Mix going to switch formats soon as they have two stations that sound the same?
& is Dan trying to not do what WYOK did?
