"Sue Everybody"

How childish of old Mel K: IF Sirius doesn't get their way with XM in the merger, then Mel says he going to "sue" and play the litigation game. How moronic. They're losing money, so let's waste more money on lawsuits? Ask Leonard Kahn how that works - you waste your time on lawsuits and miss the big picture of keeping the business up and keeping your existing customers happy.
Mel must be getting a hell of a deal with XM to be this nasty about the deal already.

Hi John,

You're right, the threat of litigation, before the FCC has even made a decision is moronic. This could backfire; some of the FCC commissioners that might have considered the merger, may very well now thinking: "Bring it on Mel, we're ready to fight you tooth and nail."

I guess Mel believes in pre-emptive strikes/law suits.

I'd vote to deport Mel or anyone who tried to sue the FCC just because they didn't get their own way.

I wonder if he sued his parents for not buying him that new toy he wanted?

As a XM subscriber I hate to think what XM will be like with this moron in charge. If the merger happens and the quality drops I'm gone.
