Does anyone else get emails from paranoid jocks, threatening legal action? I've had this happen at least once before, a lady from the Fayetteville, AR market. This guy is from Bloomington, IL.

Subject : My aircheck
Would you please remove my aircheck from your website. I noticed the date…I was in the process of getting fired from WBNQ, and they were forcing me to basically sound horrible. Not use any elements, no content, ect. I don't want that aircheck reflecting my normal performance on the air, cause that was ANY but normal. And, I'm in the process of firing them for Breech of Contract. If you would like, I could supply you with a to my unscoped aircheck. It's from my aircheck site.

At the bottom of the page is my unscoped aircheck. Feel free to use that.
Thanks,
Beavis
PS…could you send me a copy of the audio that you have?

To whom it may concern. I'm going to request that remove my aircheck ASAP. Please don't make me have my lawyer issue a Cease and Desist.

I have been in the process of moving and unpacking. Until a few days ago, my computer wasn't yet hooked up. I still haven't replied to most of my backlogged email from the last few weeks.
I don't know what you mean by "remove my aircheck." Your aircheck is not accessible online. My website only states that I have it.
I was going to send you a cassette copy, but since you've threatened me, forget it.
