Suffering These Fools

Does anyone else get emails from paranoid jocks, threatening legal action? I've had this happen at least once before, a lady from the Fayetteville, AR market. This guy is from Bloomington, IL.

Would you please remove my aircheck from your website. I noticed the date…I was in the process of getting fired from WBNQ, and they were forcing me to basically sound horrible. Not use any elements, no content, ect. I don't want that aircheck reflecting my normal performance on the air, cause that was ANY but normal. And, I'm in the process of firing them for Breech of Contract. If you would like, I could supply you with a to my unscoped aircheck. It's from my aircheck site.

I don't know what you mean by "remove my aircheck." Your aircheck is not accessible online. My website only states that I have it.

You'll notice that there are 2 weeks between emails. I thought I was being blown off. I even offered to provide him with an unscoped aircheck in exchange for removing the one he currently has. Pretty fair offer I think. It wasn't until I didn't recieve a response for 2 weeks, that I threatened to pursue legal action. As you can tell the situation with my former employer is delicate.

This thread is CLOSED! I am not deleting it simply for the reason it's so stupid it's funny. I know John Moody, and he was being reasonable. His site has NO audio on it, only listings of his aircheck collection, like many of us have. To ask him to take that listing off is ridiculous. I can understand if there was an actual aircheck on there, but there wasn't. End of thread.<P ID="signature">______________
