Suggestions For Recent FOX Show Endings

I heard that ABC might pick up King Of the Hill after Fox gets finished with it. Well, that just happened this past Sunday. Is ABC still thinking about airing the show? Well, now it can--I think there's some episodes Fox didn't air. Plus, I think this might be the first time that a primeitme show moved from Fox to a bigger network.

As for Mad TV, the wikipedia.org article said that the producers were looking for a new place for the sketch comedy. I hope they do--and that they bring back those animated "Spy vs Spy" sketches. But, if they can't find a new network to carry the show, here's an idea: Produce new episodes for first-run syndication. And airing repeats from previous Mad seasons certainly would help....

I know what you mean, as far as history is concerned, but figuratively speaking, Fox is "bigger" than what used to be referred to as "the big three" in some demos and tallies...

ABC isn't still looking into King of the Hill. That was true at one point, but they ruled it out some months ago. As for Mad TV, it too is dead and gone, no matter what the great and powerful (...cough...worthless...couth...) Wikipedia says.

Gomer....do you have any facts and statiistics on that. I already proved my point on the "Guiding Light" without getting into F&S. (Like that acronym?). Just like I have to prove to you that the sky is blue....even though we can all see that....I have to provide facts and statistics to you to prove my point. When did you become a consultant?

There are four unaired "King of The Hill"s left in the can. If anything, they would air on CN's "Adult Swim".

Those four episodes will likely get tossed into the broadcast syndication package, as well. And, presumably, they'll eventually show up on DVD, as well.

It's happened before: when ABC cancelled "Dinosaurs", they did air the series finale (which was literally an extinction event) but didn't run several episodes that had been produced for the final season. Those episodes ended up running in broadcast syndication the following fall -- and eventually appeared on DVD.
