Summer Arbitron

Nice showing by 92Q 25-54 and 12+. I noticed WRQQ had a nice upsurge, don't know how much the format change affects that. The one thing that's interesting to me 12+ is WANT in Lebanon has hire ratings than the Fan. How long till Stev Dickert and Cumulus does something about this station.

Nice summer bounce back for WSIX, #1 again among the country stations.

And put a fork in WLAC!

Can't doubt JACK or what would happen to The Wolf with Sebastian leaving town. They both remain strong!

Nice to see WGFX back in this list. That's probably attributed to George coming back full strength and lots of Titans controversies that people want to hear and talk about. Unfortunately that didn't spill over to the other sports stations, even though the Fan has a better afternoon show than they once did. Once the COL juggling is over and improvements to 106.7's outreach are done, we'll know if they wanted the improvements for their sports station or if they had something else in mind for the frequency.

WLAC done? No AM will routinely be in this list in this town any longer, so it's still what it is. Summer always bodes better for music anyway, especially oldies, and their absence here tells you why there was an "oldies upgrade" recently.

However, I think the big, big news in this book is that Lightning sank all the way to the bottom of the list...
