Do your homework.

What about KFMB????

Outside of 12+ that is...

Everybody always forgets about KFMB, San Deigo. :(

To me, that's the single most interesting flip considering the past sucess of the station. It wasn't a charity case, or oldies formatted, or weak signaled, or low biller. It was a true long-term strategic move...

KFMB????

You're right- they don't seem to be on the V.H. watcher's radar.

Nine-FM/Chicago - up

And *hey* the PD of NINE-FM used to be called JACK EFFEM on the air. Does THAT count?

I wouldn't count Dave since they're more or less a AAA format.<P ID="signature">______________

Atlanta

I've heard them and seen their monitors- definitely Variety Hits/Rock.

I thought WJMK went up 25-54, but went down 12+. In 12+, Nine FM stayed the same, but don't know about 25-54. I remember the Jack Effem thing, and when Nine got a C&D he was known as "The DJ Formerly Known As Jack."

JACK FM, uh Effem

I at least give them points for a good sense of humor.

They were Active Rock WLZR(Lazer 103) until this past Summer. Saga flipped it after they were getting beaten by Clear Channel's '80s Rocker WQBW(97.3 The Brew), which has done very well with monster ratings and has inspired copycats in Columbus(Ohio) and Omaha.

BTW the "Hog" refers to the motorcylces made by Harley-Davidson, which is made in Milwaukee.
