Summit Media out of Braxton County???

Can anyone tell me about the Summit Media cluster out of Sutton/Braxton County? I've been offered a gig (Production Director/Mornings) at WDBS.
Anything about the company, station quality, and lifestyle in the area would be helpful. Getting glowing reports from ownership but (this AIN'T my first radio) as you know in this stage you always get a rosey report from that end. It'll cost me everything I have to make the 1100 mile move and I don't want to roll into a nightmare!

97.1 has a monster signal. I often hear it in New Martinsville, which is on the Ohio River and about halfway between Wheeling and Parkersburg. They did a great job during the June 29th derecho. Other than that, I know nothing about their daily operations.
 
I hope everything works out for you. Surely some radio people in the area can add their two cents.

BTW, if you make the commitment, when in Braxton County, one must eat at the Waffle Hut. If you're married, your wife will no doubt want to go to the outlet malls across the road.
