Sunday is Mother's Day -- CAN'T-MISS CALL-IN TOPIC

Unfortunetly, most talk radio stations will be spending Mother's Day like they spend every other Sunday; talking mortgages, computers, or hawking all those wonderful non-FDA approved, miracle, cure-all wonder drugs! :'( :'( :'(

I remember reporting a couple years ago on my talk show, that according to the phone company, Mother's Day has the most long distant calls made and has the 2nd most Collect calls for a given day. Conversely Father's Day gets less long distant calls, but Father's Day is claims the prize for the most collect calls made in a given day. So don't be a cheap skate, don't make your mom pay to hear your voice on Mother's Day or your Father for that matter on his day.

Just stating the obvious. It IS a a great topic; trouble is, 99% of the hosts I've heard wouldn't know a good topic if it walked up to them and kissed them full on the lips... :-*
