Anyone know what happened to early Sunday morning news on Ch 11? The last two Sundays they have had cartoons. Are they planning on bringing back Icky Twirp and Slam Bang Theater?

Icky Twerp "Bill C." passed away over a decade ago. Maybe Jerry Haynes (Mr. Peppermint) will come out of retirement and join other Ch.8 staffers.

I was friends with a Haynes cousin in HS, He told me about how Gibby and Jerry really dont see eye to eye on anything and there would be the occasional argurment at the family functions (reunions,parties,ect..). Ive met both (at separate times) and they're total opposites, Jerry(non-peppermint)is an outgoing guy with a razor wit. Gibby is lowkey,doesnt like the public eye and likes his music.
