Sunny 103.1

Right now they are broadcasting 99.7 The Fox from Charlotte, NC. No lie. 103.1 Myrtle Beach is broadcasting 99.7 The Fox. Go and check out the stream for 99.7 The Fox and songs and liners are the same just a couple seconds off. They are even saying The Fox. Wonder how this happened? Anyone know?

It's the first weekend of Sunny 103.1's actual existence, and on weekdays Denny James the local DJ comes in to play songs from 10am-3pm. I think what happend is, since no one works at 103.1 on saturdays, when the big show went off this morning, instead of having the station set up for Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel, cumulus accidentally left the link up to 99.7 The Fox which is the flagship for John Boy and Billy, and when they the big show went off in Charlotte, 103.1 here in Myrtle Beach just broadcasted the same thing that 99.7 was broadcasting until about 12:30 this afternoon.

Traditional

I remember that happening to WIGL 93.9 (Columbia/Orangeburg) when it was Mix 93.9. On a Saturday afternoon, I tuned it on there and heard liners and commercials for 107.9 The Link out of Charlotte. Kinda threw me off at first. But then I figured it was a technical glitch.
