Sunny 104.5 had the best Christmas music variety in my opinion. A very wide variety of classic Christmas music and very few songs after the 90s. Very surprising from a station owned by Clear Channel. They let their PD make their own log rather than use a national log that’s the same for all their Christmas stations. The first year that Sunny went all Christmas, they were the only one in the market to do so, and got rewarded with a top rating.

I recorded several days worth of the Christmas music because I thought all Christmas music would just be a fad. Here’s a 12 hour aircheck from December 23, 2003.
