Sunny 105 on 101.7 in Scranton

I live in West Scranton and I noticed that Sunny 105.3 is operating a translator on 101.7 here in the city. I get it in my house very well and in my car in the city only. It is very weak south of the city (Taylor, Old Forge). I was wondering why Bold Gold would simulcast their Sunny format while they still operate a format similar to that in Scranton. I think they should have gone with DNH as a simulcast since it is the Hot AC format that this area lacks.

Sorry at 7:45 I was getting nothing but Froggy in my little piece of West Side. Could they have been testing? Maybe I am just to close to Froggy transmitter to get the signal from the 101.7 translator.
