Sunny 95 now broadcasting Christmas music online

Good grief, it's not even Halloween yet!

I'd at least wait until Thanksgiving before introducing any Christmas music. Nothing against Christmas music ( I personally play some for my own in enjoyment in July), but one thing I hear patrons complain about is stores having Christmas stuff in the stores in September and October. They say it's just too early for that stuff. I would think the same is true in Radio.

Yah, I know, Bah-Humbug!

:D

At Least Consider columbus to be lucky its only Online. Indianapolis has had an All Christmas Station since October 8th

Sooner or later...

...someone will actually do a year-round "all Christmas" format. (What will the AC and/or Oldies stations do THEN??)

I heard the first spot last Tuesday night using "Sleighride" as the bed!

Note to perfect world organizational committee: NO Christmas music, commercials or items for sale until the day after Thanksgiving!

Suprised Lite or Sunny dont put their HD-2 feeds as all Christmas until they flip the Sleigh ride on their analog/HD-1 Channel then bump their "regular mix" to the HD-2 channel until after the holidays.

Chuck G. on 93.3 yesterday played a Christmas song and I was like huh?

I guess he was playing for movie premiere tickets.

But still Christmas music???????????????????????????????????????????????

Re: it is 93-3

The Christmas song promotion is for a christmas movie-this makes sense and just to keep your timeline in perspective-Christmas is now 8 weeks away.

Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!

;D
