Supergirl Takes On Gotham In November

CBS released their upcoming television schedule for their shows this autumn and have immediately tossed their freshman “Supergirl” series into the fire with a Monday night time slot that will put it in direct competition with Fox’s hit Batman-themed “Gotham” series. “Supergirl” stars Melissa Benoist in the title role with Calista Flockhart in a supporting role as her boss.

The hour-long “Supergirl” is set to debut on CBS at the 8 p.m. time slot on Mondays beginning in November 2015.

Having seen the trailer for "Supergirl" I have a feeling that this one will be a breakout hit for CBS. At the same time I wouldn't be if Fox step up its game come November Sweeps.
