Superstation TBS New's Year's celebration with Bill Tush

I remember years ago that Bill Tush had a show on Superstation TBS. He and his crew were going to count down to the new year, but their clock was off by a few minutes. They rang in the new year late. Does anyone remember this? What new year were they trying to count down to?

Was this after "Turner Time" was adopted? If so, maybe they thought that 12:05AM ET was 12 Midnight "Turner Time", or something.
