The Court will now be in recess until October 1. However, a final list of orders on pending case will be made public at 10 a.m. Friday. The blog will cover those in full. They include a major case on cross-ownership of broadcast stations and newspapers.
 
I will be checking out C-SPAN for any coverage for sure. More should be done to protect Mom and Pop stations even in the digital age. The SCOTUS has not been as predictable on how they rule. I hope it is televised.

Just an FYI "The Communicators" is a C-SPAN special that airs on Mondays, it talks all about the FCC, and related matters. They also stream online at www.c-span.org

In Austin, Texas it is on Time Warner's Basic Basic package on channel 18.
