Surely someone over at CBS is keeping an eye on Jack, right?

Figured I'd take a listen for the first time since CBS cleaned house to see if the station sounded any different. First off I click to listen live and I hear Howard Cogan inform me that Seattle "finally" has an original radio station....gee I thought you've been around since 2005. Then a sweeper that starts off with the phrase "Now that summer is over". I could be wrong but wasn't summer over three and a half months ago?

Is Carey Curelop putting any effort into this station whatsoever? Or is CBS planning to blow it up as is the case today with KZJK in Minneaoplis. You know I can handle jockless stations, they are a good alernative if you despise mindless chatter over each song, but when management doesn't even take the time to correct even the simpliest of mistakes, that in my book is highly unacceptable.

If you listened on their internet stream, you most likely heard different promos and commercials than what was played on the air. This might explain the outdated promos and sweepers since they probably pay less attention to what goes on the stream.

Yes I was listening online, but the only times the imaging is different is when they cover up the commercials. And you can usually tell when a station heads into commercial because there is usually a little hiccup before the internet stream audio takes over. This piece was actually played on-air.
