I just got my proxy and voting materials as a Citadel stockholder! There's no vote on resurrecting WARM, but there is an option to deny Farid "DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY TO ACT UPON SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE MEETING." How can I find out how much stock I have? ??? I need a quarter for the coffee machine at work. ;D
 
My stock is a "Non-Qualified Option" meaning it's worthless until it gets back to the value it was when I got it. "Potential Income @ $0.160000 = $0.00"...

I look at this as the only value it'll ever have out of it.
 
I own 7,000 shares and I can vote. I will be voting against Farid on all actions that I can.
